Welcome Days Parking

We’re excited to see everyone on campus very shortly! Due to a few campus projects, this year arrival for registration and parking will be a little different. Please be sure to check the Welcome Days schedule for your correct arrival time, then choose the correct drop-down item below to see where you should arrive and park.

You’ll find our Welcome Days Parking Map at the bottom of the page, and please know that our Campus Safety team and many other friendly faces will be here to help you get to the right place when you arrive.

Where do I park for Welcome Days?

  • Middle School Students

    All Middle School families should park at the Sabina Cain Family Athletic Center, then walk up to Reed Campus Center to register.

  • Upper School Day Students

    All Upper School day students and families should park at the Sabina Cain Family Athletic Center, then walk up to Reed Campus Center to register. Day students, please do not park in the “Day Student Lot” during Welcome Days!

  • Students in Memorial Hall

    Families moving students into Memorial Hall should first park in the lots behind Memorial Hall along Payson Avenue, or the Homestead lot, then come to Reed Campus Center to register. After that, you can move into your dormitory room.

  • Students in Ford Hall

    Families moving students into Ford Hall should first park in the lot behind Ford Hall, then come to Reed Campus Center to register. After that, you can move into your dormitory room.

  • Students in Wold House or John Hazen White House

    Families moving students into Wold House or John Hazen White House should first pull onto the u-shaped loop on our Academic Quad, where someone will direct you to a parking spot. Come into the Reed Campus Center, register your child, then you will drive out of the Academic Quad and across Park Street to the Residential Quad (in between the Williston Birthplace and the Head of School’s House) to move your child’s belongings into their dormitory room. Once you are moved in, move your car to the Homestead parking lot.

  • Students in Emily McFadon Vincent, John Wright, or Logan House

    Families moving students into Emily McFadon Vincent House, John Wright House, or Logan House should park on Brewster Avenue, near the Middle School. Come to Reed Campus Center to register, then move your child into their dormitory room.

  • Students in Hathaway House

    Families moving students into Hathaway House should park in the Hathaway parking lot, then come to Reed Campus Center for registration. After that, you can move into your dormitory room.
